Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
Tim graduated from Whitworth University with his Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy during spring of 2023. He has experience working with adult and adolescent individuals, couples and families.
Tim utilizes a person-centered approach to therapy, inviting clients to bring their whole selves to the therapeutic process. By providing a space for empathy, curiosity and compassion, Tim collaborates with clients to notice areas of their lives and relationships that create distress, and works with them to find ways that are less judgmental and more helpful.
Tim draws upon a variety of therapy models, including Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, Bowenian and Solution-Focused.
Outside of his work with clients, Tim enjoys listening to music, fly-fishing and spending time with friends and family.
