We are ready to serve you
Family Essentials Counseling is unique in many ways. We recognize what an advantage we have in Washington state to have insurance coverage for counseling through our health insurance required by law. So, we continually credential with insurance companies to make sure that we accept as many insurance plans as possible. That makes counseling more accessible for everyone. We are dedicated to helping you navigate the insurance process from checking your benefits to minimizing the exposure of your personal information to insurance companies.
We also accept cash payment for services.
Payment is required upon check in for your appointment. We accept cash, check, credit card and HSA cards.

As a health care provider, we accept most insurances, including:

* Please remember that insurance is a contract between the subscriber and the insurance providers. The insurance providers determine how to coordinate all benefits and apply them. It is important that we are provided with complete and accurate information to file your claims.
** MEDICARE AND DISABILITY COVERAGE
Our providers are NOT contracted with Medicare. We are therefore unable to bill Medicare networks. If Medicare is active now, or in the future, during the time period that services are provided, you will be fully responsible for the cost of each session. If you have applied for disability or Medicare, apply for disability or Medicare in the future, or qualify for disability or Medicare at any point, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately. We will need to refer you to a community-based agency that will be able to provide you with the best continuity of care and minimize any financial burden for you going forward.
