Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Michele holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is currently pursuing her PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision from the same institution. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate through the state of Washington and a board-certified counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC).
Michele has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse populations in an individual, couples, or family manner. She specializes in working with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Eating Disorders, Self-Harm, and Human Trafficking. Michele is certified in TF-CBT, which is a trauma focused treatment for those specifically under the age of 18.
Michele’s goal is to help her clients through their pain and trauma to find their best self, she does that through using Person Centered Therapy as well as Existential, art, music, and play therapies and developing personalized treatment plans for each client she works with.
Michele recently moved to the Pacific Northwest from Houston Texas. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, listening to music, and exploring her new area.
