Lindsey earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Grand Canyon University. She continued on to earn her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Azusa Pacific University. Lindsey integrates techniques from various theories including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Bowenian Family Therapy, The Gottman Method, and Solution Focused Therapy. Lindsey enjoyed learning and continuing to grow in her therapeutic skillset and knowledge in order to best help all the clients that walk into her office.
Lindsey has always had a heart for helping others and is passionate about helping individuals, couples, young adults, children, and families find healing and wholeness as they navigate through the challenging issues of their lives. Lindsey believes the integration of spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical health is crucial to helping her clients find transformation and healing in their journey towards wholeness. Lindsey strives to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for her clients where they will receive the support they need as they work through their life’s challenges.
Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being active, baking, a good book, tacos, pizza, and she is a firm believer that a good chocolate chip cookie can brighten any day!
