Lindsay Clark

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate

Are you surviving or thriving? Survival mode can look differently for everyone, but it may surprise you to know it is way more common than you think. Waiting for Friday, for pay day: shuffling kids, work, family and finances…the survival mode helps us get by in our challenging times but it does not allow room for change, joy or contentment. You can’t thrive in survival mode.

You are the expert on your life, but sometimes, you may need a little help. Lindsay works collaboratively with you as an individual, your youth, or with your family to build goals, instill change, and begin to thrive. She uses various types of evidence-based approaches to help you realize your potential. Her role is to help guide you, your child, or your family to overcome obstacles with the goal of thriving, not just surviving.

Lindsay is a transplant from the Seattle area and loves to travel. She enjoys anything adventurous, hanging out with her dog, and spending time with loved ones.
