Life presents great challenges. Sometimes we can end up feeling stuck, be it due to stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, or difficulty with a transition. Therapy can provide support and insight to help individuals live a life that is more fulfilling and meaningful. Katy honors each client’s uniqueness and your therapy experience will be individually tailored to you. In working with her, you can explore what makes you who you are so we can understand how best to help you live a happier life with a sense of empowerment.

Katy is a recent transplant to Spokane and enjoys discovering new places to go hiking and swimming. She loves spending time with family (which includes two dogs and a three-legged cat), gardening, cooking, and listening to music.
