Jessica is currently working towards completing her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Whitworth University. She completed her bachelor of science in developmental psychology at Eastern Washington University.
Jessica completed part of her internship at the Union Gospel Mission Crisis Shelter for Women and Children and at the Whitworth Marriage and Family Therapy clinic. Jessica has completed several externships including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Therapy one and two, and Lifespan Integration Therapy one and two.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Jessica has been trained in a variety of modalities and looks forward to coming alongside you and joining you in your journey. She will do her best to cultivate a safe and trusting environment while paying close attention to areas of strength and areas of desired improvement. While each individual, couple, and family, is unique, Jessica strives to provide a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment while working towards meeting your goals. During therapy sessions, Jessica will work to explore your psychological, biological, and social aspects as they impact your mental health, and pursue new insight with a person-centered approach.
