Jeffery’s approach towards therapy focuses on developing a strong relationship first, as this is necessary for the work ahead. Honesty. Vulnerability. Authenticity. These are his guiding stars when it comes to treatment. Using a client-centered and non-judgmental environment, Jeffery is dedicated to helping those who seek peace and have a desire to explore themselves.
Jeffery has gained professional experiences working with clients addressing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and depression. His therapeutic approaches include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
In his free time, Jeffery enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, engaging in outdoor activities, watching the Dallas Cowboys, listening to music, and trying new experiences together. Jeffery values periods of study where he can be found reading a mixture of history, political, and military science books with a specific focus on identifying the human experiences in these moments and how the human spirit endured.
